1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Inktica, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

2. Subscription and Payment

2.1 You can purchase a premium subscription to access all features without limitations. Subscriptions are available in various durations, including a "lifetime" option.
2.2 All payments will be processed through the respective app store. Consult the app store's terms and conditions regarding payment, refunds, and possible fees.
2.3 Monthly and yearly subscriptions are auto-renewing unless canceled by you. You are responsible for managing your subscription and any related fees.
2.4 The "lifetime subscription" requires a one-time payment and grants you access to all premium features for the lifetime of the app. The term "lifetime" refers to the lifespan of the app, not the user. If Inktica is discontinued or no longer supported, the lifetime subscription will conclude, and no refunds will be provided.

3. Usage and Subscription Sharing

You can share your premium subscription across your own devices. However, sharing your subscription with other users is prohibited and may result in the suspension or termination of your subscription.

4. User Conduct

4.1 You must not use Inktica for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
4.2 You are responsible for your own content and any consequences of posting or publishing it.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All graphics, user interface, and software used in Inktica are the property of Inktica or its licensors and are protected by copyright, patent, and trademark laws.
5.2 Content created by you within Inktica remains your intellectual property. Inktica claims no ownership rights over content you generate.

6. Privacy

Your use of Inktica is also governed by our Privacy policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Inktica, its developers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, due to your use or inability to use the app.

8. Updates and Modifications

8.1 We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Inktica service for any reason, without notice, at any time.
8.2 We reserve the right to alter these Terms at any time.

9. Termination

We may terminate your access to all or any part of the Inktica service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.
